How much does Level cost?
Level Pro is $20 per month. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to begin. After the trial you can choose to subscribe for $20/mo or cancel with a single tap.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can create an account and use Level for 30 days without entering any payment information. We only ask for a card when you choose to continue after the trial.
Is there a free plan?
Level doesn't have a permanent free tier, but the 30-day free trial gives you full access to the AI coach, adaptive programming, nutrition tracking, and every other feature with zero limitations. You can also use our free Strength Score calculator at levelfit.ai/strength-score without an account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the Customer Portal at any time with one tap. If you cancel during your trial you won't be charged. If you cancel after subscribing, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Is Level cheaper than a personal trainer?
Yes — dramatically. A single session with an in-person trainer typically costs $60–$120. Level Pro is $20 for an entire month of unlimited coaching, periodized programming, nutrition tracking, and progress analytics. Over a year, Level costs roughly 1/13th of training with a human coach once a week.
Does the price ever go up?
Your price is locked in at $20/month when you subscribe. If we ever raise prices for new users, existing subscribers keep their original rate for as long as their subscription remains active.
Are there annual or family plans?
Right now we offer a single $20/month plan so we can keep the experience simple. If you'd like an annual plan or family pricing, email stefan@frogbearventures.com and let us know — it helps us prioritize.
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for Level?
Level may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement if a licensed healthcare provider issues you a Letter of Medical Necessity. See our HSA/FSA page for details on how to get an LMN through our telehealth partner Dr. B.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via our secure payment processor Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices.
Do you offer refunds?
Because you get a full 30-day free trial before any payment, we don't typically issue refunds on monthly subscriptions. If you believe you were charged in error, email stefan@frogbearventures.com and we'll make it right.
