Level for Teams
A fitness benefit your team will actually open.
Most corporate wellness perks see less than 30% activation. Level is an AI coach that adapts to each employee — their goals, their schedule, their last workout — so the benefit shows up in their pocket the way a great trainer would.
Your team already has a wellness benefit. They probably haven't opened it this month.
The reason isn't employee laziness. It's that most wellness products are content libraries, step counters, or marketplace logins — generic surfaces that don't change when the employee does. Easy to launch, easy to forget.
<30%
activation in the first 90 days for the average corporate wellness program
<10%
sustained engagement after month three
Single digits
of HRIS-eligible employees ever logging more than one session
Level is built for the opposite outcome: an AI coach that recognizes the user and adapts every week, so the benefit gets used long after the launch email.
Built around adherence, not content.
Three design choices that change the engagement curve.
The coach adapts to the human, not the calendar
When an employee misses a session, travels for work, sleeps poorly, or picks up a new injury, Level rewrites the next session. Most apps re-serve last week's plan. Level doesn't.
The AI is the surface, not a feature
There's no library to browse, no marketplace to choose from, no plan to pick. The user opens the app and the next thing to do is already there, sized to their week.
Outcomes you can actually report on
Aggregate, anonymized engagement and adherence metrics by cohort — so HR and Benefits leadership can see whether the program is working, without surveilling individuals.
Start with a 60-day pilot. Decide based on real data.
The pilot is structured so the decision to continue is driven by actual engagement, not a long contract.
Week 0
Kickoff call, branded launch email, optional Slack announcement template.
Weeks 1–8
Employees self-onboard via a private signup link. Level's AI coach handles personalization end to end.
Week 4 / Week 8
Engagement read-out — activation rate, adherence rate, session volume, NPS. No PII shared with the employer.
End of pilot
Renew, expand, or walk away. No multi-year commitment to start.
Simple per-seat pricing.
Every plan includes the same Level Pro experience employees would get on the consumer side — the AI coach, adaptive programming, recovery and check-in flows, and the full library.

Up to 100 seats, 60 days. Includes launch support and engagement readouts.
Team
$12/seat / month
Min 25 seats, month-to-month.

Honest answers
Common questions from People, Benefits, and IT teams.
Is this a wellness marketplace or a single product?
A single product. One AI coach, deeply personalized per employee. Not a directory of providers.
What does the employee experience look like?
Identical to Level's consumer app. Employees sign up via a private link, complete a 60-second onboarding, and get a coach that adapts each week.
What data does the employer see?
Aggregate, anonymized cohort metrics: activation, adherence, weekly active rate, session volume, NPS. No individual workout data, body metrics, or health information is ever shared with the employer.
What about HIPAA / SOC 2?
Level operates as a consumer fitness product, not a covered HIPAA entity. We can share our security posture and data handling practices on request, and we're happy to walk through your security review during the pilot conversation.
Do you support SSO / SCIM?
Not on the standard plan. Available on Enterprise — let's talk about your environment on the pilot call.
What if engagement is low?
You walk away. The pilot is structured so the decision to continue is driven by real engagement and adherence numbers, not a long contract.
